Refund policy

We don't accept refunds unless its due to damage or a wrong item or a faulty product. We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards either. 
 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

 

To start a refund, you can contact us at orders@sophisticatedcocktailco.com.au. If your refund is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

 

In the unfortunate event that a product has been damaged through the delivery process or you if you received the wrong item or if the item is faulty, we will routinely replace/ correct the gift. Please email orders@sophisticatedcocktailco.com.au to organise for the replacement product or damaged items to be re-sent.

 

In the event that you would not like a replacement gift or damaged items re-sent, we will refund the credit card used for the value of the total transaction or the value of the damaged items. We are committed to ensuring that your transactions with us are processed with excellent customer service and satisfaction. 

 

 EXCHANGE 

 

We do not accept exchanges. Please make sure you purchase the correct product when checking out as we will not exchange an item due to a change of mind. 
 

REFUNDS 

 

We will notify you once we’ve retrieved and inspected your item, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.  

 

It is the responsibility of the customer to inform us if a product has not been delivered. Upon notification, we will investigate and ensure that the product is delivered and received.

 

Refunds will not be given for late delivery outside our stipulated delivery guarantees. We will not be held liable for late delivery outside of our stated delivery commitment.

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
